All pricing represented on this site is consumer retail pricing in GBP. Joint Operations Ltd reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

Dispatch

Dispatch is at the buyer’s cost and risk even if the buyer does not bear the transportation cost. Disruptions of operations affecting us or any of our suppliers, lack of suitable personnel, strike, lockout and force majeure are causes for extending delivery and relieve us of any delivery obligation for the time of the obstruction.

Payment

Payment is to be made by credit/debit card before dispatch.

Claims and Warranty

Joint Operations Ltd warrants that all goods will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days. Defects which are due to normal wear and tear, overstrain, misuse, neglect of care or non-compliance with the instructions for use are not covered by warranty.

Returns

Joint Operations Ltd is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of hygiene for all of its products and for this reason compressions stockings are non-refundable and non-returnable if unsuitable or unwanted on grounds of hygiene.
